1. Item(s) are sold at the first come first serve basis.
  2. Payments are to be made within 3 days (72hours) after confirmation via email. . If buyer needs more time with the payment, please email to us or your order will be void by us. Items will only be made or reserved after payment has been made and cleared by the bank.  
  3. All sales are final. Refunds* will only be considered if we grossly misrepresent the item(s).*You must RETURN item within 3 days of receiving your item(s) in the condition in which it was received.
  4. Item(s) sold are checked carefully and in GOOD CONDITION. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.
  5. The colours of items in the photos may slightly different from the real piece due to the colour resolution when the photos taken.

Exchanges:
Merchandise sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect merchandise before posting out. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects or wrong shipment. We will reimburse the customer for shipping cost incurred in such situation. Please inform us in advance if you wish to make exchange. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or have been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund on the merchandise.

Please note that the below reasons are not considered as defects :
  • Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
  • Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences). Color differences could be due to computer monitor settings.
  • Minor stains (especially on light colour ribbons and applique) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
  • Different painting strokes or tones and shades of color on hand painted items eg, Bow holder. Please note that the exact duplicate cannot be made in such case as the colors are manually adjusted and painted.
  • Wrinkled flower petals or bows due to postage. As this can be easily adjusted via hand or light ironing.

Shipping and Postage:
  1. We will aim to ship out all items will be shipped out within 5-7 working days after orders have been confirmed and payments are cleared. However, if the items needs a lot of customisation and/or our orders are overloaded, we'll take a little more time than usual. We do not wish to compromise quality and we seek your understanding.
  2. Those opting for normal postage, please note that, ChumsRibbonCrafts will not be liable for lost mail. All orders above $35 will have a proof of postage the post office. However, this will only protect the sender's dignity and honesty. It does not track the package nor guaranteed the receiving of the package. Therefore, AM mail or registered mails are highly recommended.
  3. All international shipping charges will be quoted with a tracking number. A tracking link will be emailed to you once items have been shipped out.
  4. International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Buyers are to bear full additional tax and import duties charged on the orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside Singapore in accordance with legal requirements
